Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds and replacements are provided under the conditions below for purchases made through www.livewellmedical.com.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are applicable within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • Returned in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Due to medical product safety and hygiene standards, items such as glucose meters, lancets, insulin pen needles, and test strips cannot be returned once opened or used.

3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used medical supplies.
  • Items past the 30-day return window.
  • Promotional or clearance items.
4. Return Process
  1. Contact support@livewellmedical.com with order details.
  2. Await return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Return the item in its original condition.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds (excluding shipping) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos for replacement or credit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If no refund is received within 10 business days, please contact support@livewellmedical.com or your financial institution for further assistance.
